I am a 78 year old male, with no significant health problems: good blood pressure, low cholesterol, slightly overweight. Exercise (moderate) for 1 hour, 3 to 4 days a week, but am noticing a significant decrease in stamina as of late. Probably my age, but what can I do or what can I take to improve my stamina. Still quite active and would like to stay that way! Not ready for the couch or afternoon naps yet.
