I am 71 years old and have an abundance of belly fat around my middle. I would like to lose weight but have medical problems that restrict exercise. I walk my dog at a liesurely pace for 30 to 45 minutes a day, do yard work when needed and other household jobs as required. I have a blocked heart and by-passes which cause me to be short of breath and gerd . as soon as I have food or something heavy on the stomach I can not do any physical activity as I will start to vomit so It causes me to restrict my meals until evening or mid-day. Can you give me some advice as to lose weight without eating 3 or more meals a day and restricted exercise to burn fat cells. I have tried many diet programs but none seem to work because of the above issues. Any advice you can give would be appreciated.
